Our sessions
Whether you’ve just had a baby, are newly pregnant, simply needing time out from the little ones (yes, we all need it!) or perhaps looking to exercise while the kids are at school – Babes with Babes has outdoor group fitness sessions for you.
Our pre natal program’s are designed to keep Mum’s-to-be active, strong & stable where our post natal programs are designed to progressively get Mum’s back into exercise at a pace that is safe, with a strong focus on rebuilding core stabilisation.
For our more advanced Mum’s we provide programs that build strength, reshape bodies, build cardio fitness and will challenge you regularly.
We have a balanced approach to fitness, restoring energy and reshaping bodies without harsh training styles. All of our sessions are tailored to individual needs and have a strong focus on core stabilisation.
Our trainers
Our trainers are an all female team of fully qualified and insured, pre and post natal specialists, oh and we’re all Mum’s too! We offer experience in all facets of female fitness and outdoor group training. Babes with Babes Fitness owner Nicky Greenlees-Jones has many years of expertise training women of all ages, shapes and sizes and has built a team of like minded trainers and practitioners that she works closely with.
